Prior to participation in summer camps, tryouts, or games you must do the following:
- Download the Preparticaption Physical go to a doctor to complete.
- Then complete the online clearance for the 2023/2024 school year with the link below.
- https://www.homecampus.com/login
- Online clearance can be done with any device (smart phone, tablet, or computer.
